Fall into Romance Blog Hop and #giveaway

Dear Readers,

For my Fall Into Romance Blog Hop I’m featuring a few books and hope to have something for everyone’s reading tastes.

1. Don’t Look Back by Josh Lanyon (M/M, Romantic Suspense)

This one is an oldie but a goodie. It’s one of my favorite M/M reads. I love the interaction between the curator and the cop. And it’s clear from the start there’s more to the story but the reader doesn’t know exactly what it is that Peter can’t remember.

He was chuckling, a deep, sexy sound as he pushed Peter back on the satiny cushions. Was this for real? Was he going to go through with it? Peter blinked up as his tie was unfastened, tossed aside, his shirt unbuttoned, laid wide. The evening breeze — scented of smog and jasmine — felt cool against his overheated skin, like the lightest breath.

Peter Killian, curator at Constantine House in Los Angeles, wakes in the hospital to find himself accused of stealing a Tenth Century Chinese sculpture. Peter knows he’s not a thief — but that’s all he knows. Why is hot and handsome Detective Mike Griffin so sure he’s guilty — and so bent on seeing Peter arrested?

And why is Peter having these weird dreams about an unseen lover who somehow reminds him uncomfortably of Michael Griffin?

2. Charmed by Cate Masters (M/F, Paranormal Romance)

Brought together by accident, bound by fate—and magic.  Love works its charm over Bruno DiCesare and Melina Weaver during his transformation from beast to man. But love likewise blinds them to the secrets each holds. Bruno thinks his secret will devastate Melina. Melina’s afraid Bruno will hate her for what she’s become. Neither guess the greatest danger lurks outside their door – and will force them to decide between love and life itself.

3. Never Gonna Let you Go by Jessica Subject. (Science Fiction Romance, MFM)

Caught in a tangle of lies, Calla Jacobs must sort through the truth to discover where she truly belongs. A biologist for Planet Core, she finds herself ensnared in a web of deceit. Sent to Airondelle, she must work with a team to prepare the newly discovered planet for colonists from Earth. But the mission does not go as she expected. Her former lover, Erik Edwards, shuns her, sending Calla into the arms of Melina Holloway, their commander, for the attention she craves and more. A confrontation among the trio leaves her with a broken heart, and fleeing from the two people she trusted most.

Attempting to break free from the lies that bind her, she discovers Planet Core has deceived everyone. And when she returns to Earth, Calla learns just how far Planet Core’s control reaches.

Sweet-Cravings300x4504. Lastly, for Contemporary romance M/F there’s my own book Sweet Cravings out now from Decadent Publishing:

Riding the waves of a sugar high, Violet Cunningham seduces the town’s newest pastry chef, slathering him with whipped cream in his secret kitchen. But all that is made of sugar melts, and her brazenness vanishes along with it, leaving her alone once again with her insecurities. Deciding to avoid temptation, she’s mortified when her boss sends her back to sexy chef Max’s kitchen to ask him to cater a company dinner.

After he turns the tables and seduces her, Max disappears the next morning. Violet blames herself but is it true or her old fears talking? When stray pastries show up at work, there’s only one man that could be responsible… and this time she refuses be distracted by creamy temptation. Well… maybe just a little…

  1. Sounds like a great story. I haven’t read too many f/f stories, but I have enjoyed the ones I’ve come across.

  2. How fun that you’re getting people to give f/f a try, Eva. I don’t read it as often as the other letter combos, but I appreciate the chance to win yours. Great recs, by the way! Thanks for sharing and being part of the hop.

  3. I’m glad to see an F/F. When I first started reading romance and erotic romance books, there were so many M/M…and women are the main readers?? I didn’t really get it and I still kinda don’t. SO, thanks for the F/F.

  4. It’s nice to see some F/F here. Though I’m a huge M/M fan, sometimes, it’s nice to take a little F/F break 🙂 Thanks for sharing and for the giveaway!
