More Than Burnt Toast! *throws confetti* Yay! I love this blog because it’s heavy on the Greek foods with some vegetarian thrown in and the recipes are always new and exciting. She’s been blogging for 6 years now and has quite a following. Today’s recipe comes from her blog:
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) peeled pitted frozen peaches (or mango/peach combo)
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
She’s also got Watermelon Citrus Cooler Pops, Minty Orange Campari Pops, and Strawberry Daiquiri Pops. Yum! Go for the pops, stay for the other recipes like the Massaged Kale Greek Salad with Chicken or the Baby Beets, Walnuts and Goat Cheese Salad.
